Tour Guide at Wofford College
Class of 2023
Hometown: Prosperity, SC
After Wofford I want to change the world, to do that I want to become a doctor. I love working with kids so I want to be a pediatrician of some kind. I've always hated the fact that so many kids are afflicted by cancers and that nothing can be done for these children. I love to help people and these are the people I want to help most by specializing in childhood cancers and becoming a Pediatric Oncologist.
I love music and I love listening to and making music. I have taught myself a little bit of piano, guitar, and ukulele as well was some music theory in order to create songs and beats.
Have a good time and get involved with at least one thing in which you are interested. and in terms of your work and studying, make sure that you get your work done because everything that you learn at Wofford is valuable to you whether it is preparing you for professional school or a career.
I wish I had been told to focus more on the atmosphere and the student population of the school. Luckily I feel right at home here at Wofford. But I think that if I were to transfer, my main priority would be to find somewhere I felt at home, somewhere that made me feel like I would fit in and that I'd be able to find friends.
