Why Wofford?

Coming from a high school of 4000 students at times I felt like I was just a number. At Wofford, when I step on to the campus, I immediately feel the strong sense of community. The community feel not only comes from the strong bond each and every student has with one another, but also the unmatched relationships between the students and faculty. When students talk about the college they talk about Wofford like they aren't just going to college but how they truly feel that they are a part of something bigger.

Favorite Wofford Professor, and why?

My favorite professor at Wofford is Dr. Lawton. Dr. Lawton truly cares about each and every one of his students inside and outside of the classroom. He is always available whether it is a late evening text about the homework or during the day to just talk about what's new in life. He will even bring bagels to class every now and then!
