Tour Guide at Wofford College
Class of 2020

Jenny Bem in Accounting - she is the sweetest person on campus and goes out of her way to make sure all of her students are staying on course. She's there as a listening ear when you need to vent and always offers amazing advice whether it's for applying for a job/internship or life advice.
I really loved the community and the campus at Wofford - going around on visit days, it was easy to picture myself as a student here, going to classes, studying in Milliken. The professors are also amazing. I came to Wofford to study accounting and all of the professors have so much knowledge about the industry and positioning myself to succeed.
I played a D1 sport for one and a half weeks before I tore my knee leaving practice
Don't overdo it your first semester freshman year. Take mostly 100 and 200 level classes to learn "how to Wofford." AP classes really don't prepare you for the level of work expected by professors here, so it's good to take a semester and figure out how to be a college student and build a good support network of friends and faculty.
